TROUBLES ORDERING? Our web site relies on several interactive programs and databases in order to process your order. When one doesn't work the entire process fails. These occurrences are rare but they do happen. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

 

International orders: Our shopping cart will calculate shipping charges for the U.S.A. We do not currently ship or process orders outside the United States. We only ship certain products to Hawaii, if you reside on one of the Hawaiin Islands, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Orders greater than 150 pounds: If your order exceeds 150 pounds please place two separate orders to bring the aggregate weight down.

 

Hyphenated names/Names with apostrophes: Please place your order without hyphens or apostrophes.

We don't want to lose your business so we have created this form as a back up method for ordering. Please fill in all appropriate fields and click the "SUBMIT" button when finished. A customer service representative will call back to confirm your order and obtain credit card information. We'll provide you with a UPS shipping quote as well.
