Return Policy & Product Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the PURCHASE PRICE (shipping costs are non-refundable). National Fire Pit does not pay for the cost to return items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
- Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of National Fire Pit.
- All products returned must be returned in their original packaging.
- It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping.
- Return shipping will be covered for defective items.
- Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer's behalf.
- Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and does not cover products intended for commercial, public or rental usages.
- Returned packages are subject to a 0-15% restocking fee and these fees vary by manufacturer. A customer service representative will let you know if the item you purchased has a restocking fee.
- UPS now charges shippers for packages returned as "Refused". Orders returned as "refused" will be credited less the return shipping fees and the aforementioned stocking fee.
- All refunds will be processed when the returned items are received by the warehouse. Note: Refunds take on average 7-10 business days to process.
- Returned items will be shipped to the manufacturer's warehouse.
